- We deliver our products to anywhere in Australia. Products are normally shipped via Australia Post. Depending on location, delivery can take up to 10 business days (Monday – Friday excluding all QLD public holidays) from the date of payment to be received.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within one (1) business day of being placed online.
If you have problems with your placed order, please call us Monday – Friday between 10:00am and 5:00pm AEST +61 7 5526 1919, or alternatively email email@example.com and we will respond as soon as possible during business hours.
Shipping starts from $7.50 depending on the size, weight, and number of items in the order.
Free shipping is available for any order totalling $100 or more. (Australia Only)

- Refunds and exchanges are provided on a case-by-case scenario within 7 days of receiving your order.
Ensure you retain your online invoice as proof of purchase and provide information regarding where requested.
We do not refund or exchange for damage caused by wear and tear.
We do not refund products for change of mind.
Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, we do not provide refunds on promotional or sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, or defective product, or an incorrect order, we will happily exchange the product for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, and your invoice number in order for us you investigate the issue. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Change of Size:
Where stock is available, we are happy to exchange the size of the product, or issue online store credit for the returned item.
All products must arrive in their original unworn/unused condition along with product tags, stickers, cases, boxes, etc.
If the product returned without the original packaging the exchange may be refused and returned to you. Please email email@example.com with your invoice number and the product you would like to exchange and we will provide you with instructions to continue.
